Linda studied fashion design and clothing construction at New York's top fashion school, FIT (Fashion Institute of Technology). After graduating FIT,she worked as an assistant fashion designer in New York, for seven years, before moving, in 1982, to the D/FW area where she is a bridal alterations professional.

        Linda has 20 years of experience in bridal alterations, bustling, draping, pattern making, and gown design. Linda says, "What I love about working with wedding gowns and special occasion dresses is dealing with very positive, happy people. I always get inspired and feel very fortunate to work with them. I feel I am most creative when I alter or redesign a wedding gown. Altering a gown or special occasion dress takes more than just pinning and sewing a seam. When altering a gown, I know how the gown is constructed, how the gown is intended to fit and I can make it fit perfect."
